Do you need financial support?
At some point in time, we all may experience financial hardship. Whether it’s due to illness, unemployment, a pandemic, natural disaster or relationship breakdown – we’re here to help.
With the current cost of living pressures we know, now more than ever that members need our support. It’s always best to contact us to discuss you needs early on rather than waiting until you’re in financial difficulty such as falling behind in repayments as this can impact your credit history.
How we can help
Every person’s situation is different, so we have flexible options to help depending on your specific situation. Note: These options may be subject to terms and conditions.
If you are worried about your financial situation, call us on 1800 855 810 as soon as possible. Our member engagement team operates between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
To help we’ll require some basic information from you about your current financial situation including recent income statements. This will help us to assess the best way to assist you. Once we receive the information, we’ll assess your situation and give you a call to discuss potential options.
