If you’ve misplaced or forgotten your existing PIN you can change this via Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking App.
To change your PIN via Internet Banking:

Log in

View your existing cards on the right-hand side

Click 'Change PIN'

Request to send the OTP via SMS, email or landline

Enter the OTP then verify

Set your new card PIN and continue

Retype your new PIN and submit

You will then receive confirmation your new PIN has been changed
To change your PIN via the Mobile App:

Log in
-
Tap the 'Manage Cards' menu at the bottom

Swipe to the preferred card you would like to change the PIN

Tap 'Change Pin' at the bottom

Enter your new PIN

Re-enter the new PIN
-
Request to send the OTP via SMS or email

Enter the OTP
-
You will then receive confirmation your new PIN has been changed
