SMS Alerts

SMS alerts is an automated information service that allows you to access information about your bank accounts via Short Message Service (SMS). For example, you might select to know when your credit card payment is overdue, when your account balance falls below or exceeds a specified amount or when deposits are made to your account.

1.  Log onto Online Banking
2.  Go into the 'More Services' menu and click on 'Alerts'
3.  Set up a new alert and choose the account to which it refers
4.  Select the type of alert you wish to receive.

No, charges do not apply for use of the SMS alerts service.

Yes, you can select and change the SMS message alerts that you receive via Online Banking at any time.
