eStatements

With eStatements, you’ll never have to wait for your statements to arrive in the mail again. eStatements are available to view and download through online banking. You’ll receive an alert through online banking when a new statement is available.

  • Available on all Australian Military Bank accounts – transaction, savings, loans and credit cards.

You can switch to eStatements at any time through online banking. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Visit Online Banking and log in. (Desktop only)
  2. Hover over 'Account Options' and select 'Online Statement Options' from the drop down menu.
  3. Under 'Online Statement Options' select 'Online Statement' and select ‘Save’.
  4. Select ‘OK’.

Yes, your eStatement will open as a PDF document, so you are able to print it if necessary.

Yes, you can save your eStatement as a PDF file on your computer.

Your statements will be available for you to view any time via Internet Banking 24/7. A history of your statements will also be available under 'View eStatements'.

It is not only free to receive eStatements, but you'll be helping the environment.

You can register over the phone by contacting us on 1300 000 775 during business hours.

While we will still offer traditional mail for statement delivery, members who continue to receive paper statements from 1 January 2017 will attract a $2 paper statement fee.

Members can opt out of eStatements at any stage. However, paper statements will attract a $2 paper statement fee starting from 1 January 2017.

The collected paper statement fee will be used for investment to enhance our internet banking platform and will allow us to remain competitive with our interest rates and other services. It will also cover the costs of providing the paper statement service by the Bank.

  1. Visit Online Banking and log in. (Desktop only)
  2. Hover over 'My Preferences' and select 'Update Contact Details' from the drop down menu.
  3. Select 'Contact Details'.
  4. Scroll down and insert email address under 'Email Address' tab. 
  5. Select ‘Update’.
